Darren Barbary, Director

Darren has worked in heavy equipment finance for over 10 years. Prior to this, he worked in insurance, where he had experience in every aspect of it. He has rock-solid relationships with local and international equipment suppliers and, naturally, throughout the finance arena. He’s well regarded across all the capital-intensive industries we operate in.

Norman Bradshaw, Finance Consultant, Heavy Haulage

No-one knows heavy trucks better than Norman.  He drove them for 25 years. Then, working in around 15 different countries, managed them and consulted for another 15 years.  He has founded or run many companies, including Mega Lift Malaysia, Brambles Australia and Bradshaw Ultra Heavy Haulage, sold in 2007.

Jason Carabott, Credit Analyst

With three years at ANZ and eight at Esanda in asset and equipment finance and a Bachelor of Business in Accounting, there’s not much Jason doesn’t know.  He analyses and writes credit applications for our new and existing customers.

Matthew McHarg, Credit Analyst

Matthew has a Bachelor of Commerce, and has more than seven years’ know-how of consumer, asset and mortgage finance under his belt.  He analyses and writes credit applications for new and existing customers.

Angela Glover, Finance Manager

Angela’s a Bachelor of Commerce and before joining us, she was with Brown Baldwin Accountants for around five years as an accountant.  At AUB, she manages and co-ordinates traffic between the credit analysts and looks after general financial matters.

Kathryn Barbary, Marketing Manager

Kathryn’s well qualified, having completed undergraduate and post-graduate studies in business, marketing and information systems.  For over six years, she was in senior marketing positions with PMP Limited and its subsidiaries, and has since held several contract marketing roles.  Kathryn’s now responsible for our marketing.
